Every year residency programs are charged with evaluating each of their house staff in a wide variety of performance metrics, on topics like EEG analysis, Neuro-radiology,\u00a0Diagnostic Investigation,\u00a0Nerve Conduction Studies and EMG, etc. There is however, little guidance on how these assessments should be made.<\/p>\r\n
DocNeuro is producing a series of tools to help residents prepare for these assessments, and to provide faculty with ways of objectively assessing the competency of residents in several of these areas.<\/p>\r\n
The first tools are now available. These consist of short quizzes (15 questions each) with questions designed to assess the level of competency in specific areas.<\/p>\r\n
